The room is huge and clean. the staff is incredibly nice. - the food is great and appetizing. - the location is marvelous, being close to a subway, Sweetwater, TX, and restaurants. - Conveniently located 2 miles from Pioneer Museum.

Everything was nice, absolutely great hotel. The location was good there, in the middle of jackson. It was just a short stroll away from Golden Chick, serving fast food. The employees were superbly friendly and exceptionally nice and kept it all overall clean.

The people were exceptional. Everything was great. They offered brand-new and good-sized rooms with a sleeper sofa and large jacuzzi tub, for instance. The location was comfy and good in the middle of Jackson and met my needs.

good room size. Reasonable breakfast. Love they had little bag to take snacks back to room :) Staff was very friendly.
Sofa bed not too comfortable compare to other hotels I've stayed before. Whirlpool didn't work. Would've like for breakfast time to at least be over by 10 am.

It's exceptionally comfortable hotel at a great price. The location is comfortable, just 2 miles from Pioneer Museum. A short walk to restaurants and a subway, with another fast food spot next door. The staff are very pleasant.

The breakfast was terrible. There was no milk for cereal, and the juice machine was not working.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and had an easily accessible shower. The staff serving breakfast were friendly and hospitable. The front desk lady, Kristy, was very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. Despite an issue with our reservation, the person who checked us in went above and beyond to find us a room and made our stay enjoyable. We are grateful for her efforts.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I stay here a couple times a year on my way through the area. It is in a convenient location. Close to the interstate for easy access, yet quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff and breakfast are great. The rooms are comfortable and I always get a good nights sleep.
I did notice on my last stay that the room was in need of some general maintenance for normal wear and tear.
